Mentorship
I work with founders as a mentor through various incubator programs and in my private practice. This can be ad-hoc or carefully planned. Ultimately, mentorship is a safe environment for ideation, accountability tracking, feedback and trusted advice.
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely road.
It doesn’t have to be; I’ll ride shotgun.
Projects
I often work on specific projects for a defined period. Projects have ranged from building out and hiring an entire marketing team to developing a brand style and presence, and everything in between. Having bootstrapped an ecommerce company and production facility with global shipping, I’ve worn many hats.
If I can help you with a project, I will.
If it’s a hat that doesn’t fit well, I won’t.
Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is not typically a skill entrepreneurs start out with, but it is essential. It doesn’t take an MBA; it takes guidance and commitment. Pronouncing your most audacious goals and creating a strategy to get there is powerful. For early founders, it can seem too heavy for a young company, but it never is. Even on Day One, strategic planning can keep you from driving down roads you should avoid.
